Staying Healthy in the New Year

The holidays are but a distant memory and it is back to the daily grind. Unfortunately, 2014 also seems to have brought with it an uglier flu than we have seen in a while. With that, I caution all of our friends to do their best to stay healthy – and maybe keep a box of soda crackers; tea, honey and lemon; and some soup on hand!

Here are just a few ideas and recipes to keep in mind as we continue on through flu season:
