PPF Photo Contest
Do you receive our monthly eNews?
If you do, you may have noticed that we run a monthly photo contest. The winner for each month is featured in the eNews.
The contest rules specify that the photographs must be taken locally in the Metro Vancouver regional parks.
The collection of photographs sent in each month hones in on the beauty of our regional parks and serves as an incredible reminder of why the Pacific Parklands Foundation is so devoted to the Metro Vancouver regional parks.
If you do not receive the eNews and would like to, please e-mail denise@pacificparklands.com or caitlin.hill@metrovancouver.org to be added to the mailing list.
If you are interested in submitting a photo for the monthly eNews contest please read the following rules:
Take a picture in your favourite Metro Vancouver regional park and submit it to us at info@pacificparklands.com. Our photo submission deadline is 10am on the first Monday of each month and our eNews will go out the following Friday. Please ensure your photo is landscape (i.e. horizontal) and no more than 70KB.
Given the season, as a gift to all of our photographers and loyal supporters–the following link takes you to the first ever World Wildlife Fund photo competition. For those of us at a loss when we pick up a camera these images are something to enjoy. For the budding or skilled photographers, however, let these images serve as inspiration.
